  • Biscuits are eaten as a treat, not normally to be healthy.
    A biscuit that is healthier than the competition but still sweet could be a good concept and there is room for that beside Anzac biscuits in Chart 1.

  • Could be a potential market for an individual biscuit that is everyday but equally special occasion

We possibly wouldn't want to market something in the extreme youth/healthy or special occasion/individual as there is almost no market there and it would be very risky, challenging though...
